How can I track my Treon order?
If you would like to know the exact delivery time for your order, please contact the Treon Sales team: sales@treon.fi.
When your order has been dispatched, Treon will send you a tracking number, so you can track the shipment until its delivery.
My Treon order has not arrived yet
Estimated delivery times may vary, depending on the number of units ordered or the situation of the stock. If you require a specific delivery day and time for your order, please contact the Treon Sales Team.
If you have received a tracking number, the shipment is being delivered and you can track the shipment in the carrier’s tracking services.
I have received my Treon Connect Test Kit, but no user credentials
Treon Support aims at sending out the admin user account invitation for your Treon Connect online instance at the same time as your Treon Test Kit arrives. In some cases it might take a bit longer, but you should receive the user account invitation within one business day of arrival. Should you have not received the invitation by then, please contact the Treon Support Team.
Please note that the admin user account invitation is only sent to the email address given when you ordered the Treon Connect Test Kit. The admin user can then create further user accounts within your organisation.
My package has arrived damaged
If your package has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the package and its content. Please contact the carrier and make a claim immediately. Follow the instructions of the carrier.
Please contact Treon Support with the confirmation of your claim, so we can evaluate the damage and find the best way to proceed.
In case the content of your package is damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Only qualified personnel may repair Treon devices. You will void the warranty and may potentially harm yourself.
I have not received a confirmation for my Treon Webstore order
If you did not get a confirmation for your order, please contact store@treon.fi so that we can check the status of your order and inform you of any actions needed.
How can I change the delivery address of my order?
If the shipment has not been dispatched yet, please contact the Treon Sales Team right away to see if the delivery address can still be adjusted.
Should the order have already been dispatched and you have received a tracking number, please contact the carrier’s customer service directly.
I have received the wrong product
Should you have received the wrong product, please contact Treon Support immediately.
How can I return my Treon product?
Should you have any issue with your Treon product, please always first contact Treon Support. In most cases, the issue can be resolved remotely without returning the product. Only return products to Treon after Treon Support asks you to.
If you have agreed with Treon Support to return an item, follow the instructions for returning a Treon product.
