How can I track my Treon order?

If you would like to know the exact delivery time for your order, please contact the Treon Sales team: sales@treon.fi.

If you have received a waybill number, the shipment is being delivered and you can track the shipment in the carrier tracking services.

 

My Treon order has not arrived yet

The estimated delivery times may vary, for example depending on the number of units ordered or the situation of the stock. If you require a specific delivery day and time for your order, please contact our sales team: sales@treon.fi.

If you have received a waybill number, the shipment is being delivered and you can track the shipment in the carrier tracking services.

 

My package has arrived damaged

If your package has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the package and the content, if visible damaged. Please contact the carrier and make a claim immediately. Follow the instructions of the carrier.

Please contact Treon Customer support at support@treon.fi with the confirmation of your claim, so we can evaluate the damage and find the best way to proceed.

In case the content of your package is damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Only qualified personnel may repair Treon devices.

 

I have not received a confirmation for my Treon Webstore order

If you did not get a confirmation for your order, please contact store@treon.fi so that we can check the status of your order and inform you of needed actions.

 

How can I change the delivery address of my order?

If the shipment has not yet been sent and you need to change the delivery address, please contact our sales team:sales@treon.fi.

In case the shipment has already been sent and you have a tracking number, you can contact the carrier’s customer service to see if it is possible to change the delivery address.

 

I have received the wrong product

In case of receiving a defective or wrong product, please contact Treon support (support@treon.fi) for further instructions. In case of warranty return, Treon will cover for the shipment cost. For return shipment documents, we need the sender’s name, address, phone number and the package details.
