The Treon Connect workflow

The following diagram shows the basic workflow of Treon Connect:

Treon Sensors capture temperature and vibration data from the equipment (the Assets) and transmit it to the Treon Gateway.

The Treon Gateway sends this data to the Treon Connect backend via its internet connection.

Treon Connect detects abnormalities in the data that may indicate developing faults.

If potential issues are found, Treon Connect notifies reliability managers and technicians through the Treon Connect application, enabling them to take timely action.

Technicians investigate based on the alerts and resolve the developing fault. They provide feedback on alert accuracy and report the failure mode, cause, and corrective actions in the application. Treon Connect uses this feedback to continuously improve its analysis.

The application displays current and historical temperature and vibration data in easy-to-read charts, supporting efficient troubleshooting and decision-making.
