Treon Oy (further referenced as “us”, “we” or “our”) operates and maintains the Treon Knowledgebase.
The main purpose of the Knowledgebase and its collection of the data is to provide, maintain and develop better services for our customers. By using the Treon Knowledgebase, the customer agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

is the controller pursuant to Article 4 no. 7 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing of personal data on Treon Knowledgebase and its related services.
2. Collecting Information
When using the Treon Knowledgebase and its related services, we collect certain types of information for different purposes to provide and improve our services and the customer experience on the site. The information we collect through Treon Knowledgebase may include (but not limited to):

- Email address
The information is used only for the purposes it is collected to. Collecting and processing of the information is based on the legitimate interest of Treon to process the data to provide, maintain and develop services for our customers. The cookies and usage data are used for analytical purposes to develop Treon Knowledgebase and its related services. Treon Knowledgebase also contains optional forms. Providing the information on the forms is totally optional and the information will only be used for the development purpose of the Treon Knowledgebase and its related services, and if applicable, for contacting the certain customer if the customer in their message/suggestion request is wishing to get an answer.

Treon Knowledgebase uses Google Analytics by Google LLC for web analytics. By using the Treon Knowledgebase, the customer agrees to the collection and analysis of the usage information.
4. Right of inspection, right to rectify information and other rights
Every customer has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a customer wishes to check the data stored or request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the customer to prove the identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
Every customer also has the right to request the removal of one’s personal data from the register. The registered customers also have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restrictions on the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the customer to prove the identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
