Display and export a list of users

As a Treon Connect admin user, you can use the list of users to find and manage specific users.
 

Accessing the Access management app

1. Log in to your Treon Connect account.
2. From the main menu, click the Access app icon.

You will see two main sections in the left-side menu:

• Users – View and manage all registered users.
• Roles – Create and modify user roles and access levels.

Filtering and searching for Users

To locate specific users follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Users tab in the left-side menu.
2. Click the Filters button in the top menu.
3. A new window filter options will pop up. Use the Columns fields to narrow results by:
   • Name: filter by user names
   • Email: filter by user email addresses
   • Roles: filter by user roles
   • Last Activity: filter by time the user last used Treon Connect
4. The Operators let you define the condition for the Column filters:
   • contains: contains at least partly
   • equals: is exactly the same as
   • starts with: the beginning of the value matches
   • ends with: the end of the value matches
   • is empty: contains no value
   • is not empy: contains any value
   • is any of: contains any of these values
5. The Value contains the filter value defined by Columns and Operator.
6. You can combine mutiple filters with Add Filter.

Alternatively, you can use the Search bar on the top right side for quick searches.

Exporting the list of Users

In order to export the whole list of users, or a filtered list of users, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Treon Connect web application.
2. Navigate to the Access section in the Control panel on the main page.
3. Click the Users tab in the left-side menu.
4. Click the Export button in the top menu.
5. Choose your preferred format* to download the user list:
   • CSV: downloads the user list as CSV file (.csv).
   • Excel: downloads the user list as Excel file (.xlsx).
   • Print: prints the user list with one of your installed printers.

📁 You can export either the full list or a filtered subset.
